- The price includes people, a car parking spot, water, gas and power.
- All our rentals are non-smoking places.
- Journey tax rate : 0.50 € per day per person (from 18 years), éco-tax extra.
- 1 deposit of 300€ need to be delivered when arriving(by credit card)
- Booking fees :9.5€ to 19,5 €
- A 30% account needs to be paid when booking a stay.
- The rest of the amount must be paid 1 month before the arrival.
- Cancellation insurance : 3.5 % of your stay’s price.
- If you chose not to take the cancellation insurance, refund will not be possible.

- Sheets rental : 8€ to 12€/bed/stay.
- Cleaning service : 60€
- baby kit rental : 6€/night.
- Visitor: 6€/day (no access to the swimming-pool).
